At Potley Hill Primary School we have a very simple philosophy: ‘working for the benefit of the children’. The ultimate aim of the Governors is to ensure that all pupils receive the highest standard of education in a congenial, safe and motivating environment.
Positive contributions from governors and staff working together have resulted in the constant raising of standards in all areas of work and play. Potley enjoys wholehearted support of parents and the quality of relationships throughout the school community was praised by Ofsted.
Governors attend Full Governing Body meetings each half term to discuss the strategic running of the School and they also attend sub committee meetings at various times during the academic year.
