Our Excellent Facilities
Set in a 50 acre wooded, green field site in the midst of the Blackwater Valley,
the school is situated on the largest community campus in Hampshire and
includes:

(Potley Hill Pre-school is located nearby)
Our Entrance Hall
We like to show off our cups and trophies and display our project work and
other good news, as well as the children's work.
Our Classrooms
Our classrooms are spacious and welcoming. All of our classrooms have
an interactive whiteboard, which is used daily for teaching all subjects.
All of the classrooms have displays of the children's work and access to at
least two computers in the classroom area.
Our ICT Suite
Opened in 2002 we are very proud of the ICT Suite which has just been
refurbished with up to the minute state of the art PCs. All Year Teams are
timetabled to use the Suite at least 6 times through the week.
Our Courtyards
We have an infant and a junior courtyard for safe play, outside study and
where 'Courtyard Club' practice some of their gardening skills.
Infant Library
We have an infant library, where the children can go to select reading
books.
Junior Library
We have a bright Reading Rainforest to entice and delight our pupils and
encourage their love of reading. The Reading Rainforest is managed by
our Year 5 Librarians and Mrs Andrews.
Outdoor Classroom
In 2006 we were lucky to have the outdoor classroom added to our grounds, this
is a quiet area where classes can go to perform on the stage, listen to stories,
have lessons in the open air.
Covered Quiet Areas
In June 2007 we had two quiet covered areas added to the school grounds.
These will give a nice shaded area for pupils to use during morning and
afternoon play times, as well as the longer lunch break. Parents may use
these as well when bringing/collecting their children from school.
