Prospective Parents Tours

Is your child due to start school in September 2026? If so, why not come and see the school for yourself on one of our 'Prospective Parent Tours?' The tours are scheduled to take place on the following dates:

Wednesday 8th October 2025 at 2pm and 6pm

Thursday 16th October 2025 at 9.30am

Tuesday 25th November 2025 at 9.30am

Wednesday 7th January 2026 at 9.30am

In Year Admissions

All ‘in year applications’ are managed by Hampshire County Council Admissions Team and further information about the application process can be found at the following link 'Applying for a school place in-year' , alternatively contact Hampshire general enquiries on 0300 555 1377. The Hampshire County Council Website will give you guidance on how to choose the right school for your child: https://www.hants.gov.uk/educationandlearning/admissions

For anyone wishing to complete an ‘in year transfer’ between schools, we warmly invite parents, along with their children, to see the school for yourselves, so please do not hesitate to contact the School Office on 01252 876106, or by emailing adminoffice@potleyhill.hants.sch.uk to arrange an appointment. Alternatively, there is a wide range of information available on this website which provides a comprehensive picture of the school, but please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further information.

Once you have completed an application for an ‘in year transfer’, we will write to you with the outcome and if we are unable to offer a place, your child’s name will be added to our waiting list.
