In Year Admissions:

For anyone wishing to complete an ‘in year transfer’ between schools, we warmly invite parents to visit the school along with their children in order to see Potley Hill Primary School for yourselves. Should you wish to come and meet us before applying for a place, then please contact the school to arrange an appointment. Alternatively, there is also a significant amount of information on our website for you to access, but please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further information.

All ‘in year applications’ are managed by Hampshire County Council Admissions Team and further information about the application process can be found at the following link 'Applying for a school place in-year' , alternatively contact general enquiries on 0300 555 1377. Once you have completed an application for an ‘in year transfer’, we will write to you with the outcome and if we are unable to offer a place, your child’s name will be added to our waiting list.

Admissions Policy

If your child was born between 1st September 2020 and 31st August 2021, they will be eligible to start school in the school year beginning September 2025. If this is the case, you might want to visit our school for one of our Prospective Parent Tours in the Autumn Term on one of the following dates:

Tuesday 1st October 2024 at 9.30am

Wednesday 9th October 2024 at 2.00pm

Wednesday 9th October 2024 at 6.00pm

Thursday 17th October 2024 at 9.30am

Wednesday 6th November 2024 at 9.30am.
